One minute life appears to be getting back to normal with the vaccine rollout, shops opened up and we could enjoy meeting friends and family outdoors for food and drinks, and now we’re not sure when we can meet people indoors for food due to the higher rates of the Delta mutation of the Covid virus.
Fatigue has probably set in for a lot of us.
What exactly is fatigue?
Fatigue is when the tiredness you feel is often overwhelming and you can’t seem to relieve it by sleeping or resting. You may also be suffering from headaches, dizziness, aches and pains and moodiness and may just be writing it off as something else, so is there anything you can do to help beat it and give your body the best chance of staying healthy?
