Orlando’s hospitality scene is embracing a wellness revolution, with luxury resorts introducing dedicated spaces designed to prioritize physical and mental rejuvenation. Conrad Orlando, part of the Evermore Orlando Resort, recently unveiled four Wellness Guest Rooms offering 360-degree immersive experiences for travelers seeking to maintain their self-care routines. These rooms feature curated amenities like aromatherapy showers, Technogym recovery tools, and Dyson air purifiers, alongside exclusive access to the resort’s hydrotherapy Water Garden.
“Guests want to return home feeling better than when they arrived,” said Alyssa Gerzanick, Conrad Orlando’s Director of Hotel Operations. The trend reflects growing demand for “sleep tourism” and science-backed wellness travel, with Orlando positioned as a hub for tailored rejuvenation. Other properties, including Grande Lakes Orlando, are also investing in high-tech wellness offerings, such as AI-powered massages and mineral-therapy cabanas.
