A wellness expert on the USA Medical TikTok page revealed how to get out of bed right as you wake up – and have plenty of energy to do so.
He claims the trick can be used for anything in life you need willpower for and takes just five seconds.
He calls the trick your “five seconds of power.”
The expert said that as soon as your alarm goes off, you have five seconds to decide whether or not you’re going to get up.
