It’s good to deworm at intervals to keep the body in great shape and avoid worm infestation, a common health hazard that could be fatal.
Worms can be found in the digestive tracts and all around the system amongst other parasites that can cause the body harm when left unattended to.
Apart from consciously deworming from time to time, there are foods that do this naturally and without side effects (or the fear of passing out actual worms which a lot of people think happens but doesn’t usually anymore!)
1. Water and Lime/Lemon
Drink a mix of water and lime or lemon once in a while to help flush out worms in the gut. Try taking this every day for a week to get rid of worms. This is good enough to be taken every day as it benefits the overall body and its immune system. Ensure to drink this on an empty stomach.
2. Blended Carrots
Carrots are loaded with Beta Carotene and Vitamin A that help clean the digestive tract. Blend carrots often and drink to cleanse the intestine and flush out intestinal worms. You can eat carrots often or blend drinking both the juice and pulp on an empty stomach to get rid of threadworms. Do this straight for a week on an empty stomach to get rid of worms.
3. Coconut oil
Coconut oil helps flush out unwanted bits from the body! Drink about 3 tablespoons of coconut oil every day for a week to get rid of tapeworms. It’s raved to get rid of up to 90% intestinal parasites in less than one day! Make sure to use natural coconut oil.
4. Ginger
Ginger has fast become a medicinal food and works well to clean the guts. Eating a small piece of ginger first thing in the morning for a week straight before eating food works to get rid of worms and other parasites in the body. It’s used to deworm naturally.
5. Garlic
Garlic works exceptionally well to clean out the guts and intestinal parasites and it’s used to deworm naturally. Eat about three cloves of garlic on an empty stomach first thing in the morning to clean the digestive tract. Garlic can also be crushed and placed inside shoes/directly under the feet to keep worms at bay!
