Irregular periods are something that most of the menstruating women might have experienced. A day or two here and there after their exact 28 days of the period cycle can be fine, but if the period occurs a week ahead of their normal time or is delayed by over a week, then it might be a cause for concern.
1. Raw Papaya – helps in contracting the muscles that in turn induce periods. It can be taken in the form of fruits or juice.
2. Bitter Gourd – Grate the bitter gourd and then prepare the juice. Drink this juice at least once or twice a day every day for about a few weeks.
3.Aloe vera – Take a tablespoon of fresh aloe vera gel extract, mix it along with a teaspoon of honey and have it on an empty stomach early in the morning for about two to three months. Make sure you don’t take this while menstruating
4. Apple Cider Vinegar – Take 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, mix it with water and then drink it once a day before your periods are due.
5. Cinnamon – helps in reducing menstrual cramps and prevents irregular periods. Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of milk and then stir it properly.
